19' x 29' room that holds 15-35 people depending on the purpose (e.g. parties/meetings would hold 35-45 people whereas a dance class would better accommodate 15)

Studio rental includes:

34' x 49' room (plus additional 6' x 24' on half of the room) that holds 50-100 people depending on the purpose (e.g. parties or meetings would hold 80-100 people whereas a dance class would better accommodate 50)
