Pembroke school of Performing Arts Zumba fitness classes are unlike any other Zumba class you’ve taken. Each week we provide a full body workout combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscles conditioning. It starts with 45 minutes of dancing to latin and pop-inspired music to help you burn a ton of calories without even realizing it, and is followed by 15 minutes of strength training to tone your arms, abs and legs, and glutes.
The strength portion of our Zumba fitness varies between push-ups, hip raisers, sit-ups, crunches, squats, lunges – and most importantly fun! Our studio lights remain off while we dance off those calories so that everyone can let loose in a stress-free, judgement-free environment.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can dance and workout in.
